No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted once the treatment product has been ordered or applied.

Each GoNano treatment includes a limited product warranty, which serves as the sole remedy for any eligible product concerns. All details and instructions for submitting a warranty claim are provided in the warranty forms issued at the time of service.
